Super Intelligence consulting & robotics

Automation for the jobs your team is tired of doing.

Tolva SI helps locally owned Kansas businesses find the repetitive, physical, or stuck work that slows them down. We fix it with SI tools first, then get you ready for robots when the numbers say it is time.

Where the work piles up

If you have said one of these this month, start here.

We begin with the problem you already feel, not with a robot. Most of the time the first fix is a better workflow.

"I can't keep people in this job."

High turnover, constant retraining, and a posting that never fills. We map the tasks that drive people out.

"Everything runs through one person."

Orders, scheduling, and follow-up that live in someone's head or phone. We make the handoffs visible.

"Paperwork eats my afternoon."

Quotes, intake, invoices, and reports typed twice. We automate the typing and keep a person on the decisions.

"That job wears people out."

Heavy, repetitive, or unsafe work. We look at what can be assisted or automated, and what should stay human.

How we work

Start small. Add robots only when they earn it.

Every step stands on its own. You can stop after any of them and keep what you paid for.

  1. Free

    Walkthrough

We spend an hour at your shop, farm, or warehouse and watch how work actually moves. No pitch deck.

  2. Step 2

    SI Opportunity Assessment

A short written report ranking your best opportunities by time saved, cost, and risk, in plain English.

  3. Step 3

    SI Quick-Win

We build and install the one fix that matters most: intake, scheduling, quoting, or follow-up.

  4. Monthly

    SI Care Plan

We keep it running, tune it as your business changes, and report what it saved.

  5. When ready

    Robotics Readiness

If a robot makes sense, we test the idea in simulation, price it honestly, and tell you if the answer is no.

  6. When ready

    Integration + Bot Beat

We select, install, and connect the robot, then watch it with Bot Beat so you know it is working.

Plain truth:Most of our first projects are software and workflow, not robots. We would rather save you money this month than sell you a machine next year.

Who we work with

Locally owned businesses with real work to move.

We focus on owner-run operations where the person making the decision is the person we meet.

Bot Beat

One view of every robot, whoever built it.

Bot Beat is our monitoring platform. It brings battery, location, connection, health, and task progress from different manufacturers into one screen, and tells you the moment something needs a person.

Built in Kansas

You should be able to call the people who built it.

We live here. When something breaks on a Tuesday morning, you get a local person who knows your shop, not a ticket queue.

We are starting in Hutchinson and Pratt, then reaching out across the region as we earn it.

Questions

What owners ask first.

What does SI mean?

SI stands for Super Intelligence. It is our name for the intelligent tools and automation we use to take repetitive work off your team, with a person always making the final call.

Do I need to buy a robot?

No. Most of the value early on comes from fixing workflow, intake, and follow-up. If a robot makes sense later, we will say so and show the math. If it does not, we will say that too.

What does it cost?

The first walkthrough is free. After that, we scope each project and agree on the cost in writing before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

Will this replace my people?

Our goal is to take the work people do not want, so the ones you have can do the work you need them to do. That is also how you keep them.

Who is this not for?

Right now we focus on privately owned small businesses where we can work directly with the owner or general manager.
